The Soviet has decided that in future it will pay cash for all orders from Britain, unless the cost of credit facilities is considerably reduced in view of existing conditions in the money market. Tims £500,000 were available and could be used for cash purchases instead of financing a credit of £500,000. Arcos is already offering cash.
