MR EDWARD JOHN RAFFERTY. (United Press Association—Copyright) SYDNEY, November 26. Mr Edward . John Rafferty, who resigned from the position of assistantsecretary of the Royal Agricultural Society owing to ill-liealth last May, is dead, aged 49. MR E. T. FALCONER. DUNEDIN, November 26. Mr Edward Thomas Garrett Falconer, managing-director of the firm of J. and A. Wilkinson, timber merchants, died this morning,, aged 53. Mr Falconer was closely identified with howls, and was president of the Dunedin Bowling Centre in 1931. He had also been a member of the New Zealand Bowling Council since 1933. He is survived by his wife, two daughters and one son.
