NAZI BLACK-LIST.
MANY PROMINENT MEN. DEATH PENALTY IF RETURN. LONDON, Nov. 7. Complete outlawry, on a startling scale, of Germans hostile to Hitlensm has been decreed by the Nazi authorities. They have issued a black list of 98 prominent Germans, of whom only two are .lews. All are forbidden to return to Germany on pain of death. They include well-known writers, actors, journalists, and politicians. The' only offence of some of the outlawed, including the actress, Carola Henschke, is that. they signed a manifesto calling on the people of the, Saar not to vote for union with Nay.i Germany.
