POWER FOR PALMERSTON NORTH. JUDGMENT IN SUPREME COURT. (Per Press Association). WELLINGTON, Nov. 12.The Chief Justice (Sir Michael Myers) delivered his decision to-day in the.case of. Palmerston North City Council versus Manawatu-Oroua Power Board. Be granted an injunction restraining the Board from imposing a special rate on Palmerston North, the terms on which power is supplied to the city being subject to an agreement entered into with the city when the Board became the supplier.
