THE USE OF ELECTRICITY. (Per Press Association). WELLINGTON, Nov. 9. ■William Ludlow, a labourer, pleaded guilty to tampering with a meter with intent to defraud the City Council, also to stealing electricity valued at 2s lid, and was placed on probation for twelve months.
