YOUTH BEFORE THE COURT. (Special to the "Guardian.") CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. As a sequel to the incident at Beckenham yesterday, a seventeen-year-old youth, whoso name was suppressed, appeared before Mr E, D. Mosley. S.M., in the Magistrate's Court charged with assaulting W. Hill. Mr E. D. Mosley, S.M., remanded accused till August 16 on bail of £IOO and one surety of £IOO.
