FIREWOOD LOSSES.

Sir,—l read with interest the statement emanating from the County Council re firewood losses, out tie most interesting item to me was tie dropping bark. I wonder if it would be permissible for us unemployed to gather the enormous amount oi bark which must be lying about the Council plantations. I am sure if \ the Counei gave us the bark we could supply the bite. FOXY.
