APPOINTMENT BY BRITAIN. (Per Press Association). WELLINGTON, This Day. Official, advice has been received of the appointment of Mr R. Boulter, C.M.G., to succeed Mr L. A. Paish as British Trade Commissioner in New Zealand. Mr Boulter is at present Trade Commissioner at Singapore. He will arrive at Wellington on June 12.
