The Prime Minister (Mr J. A. Lyons) to-day welcomed the delegates to the cancer conference. He paid a tribute to the splendid scientific; work going on all over the world. ■:.;.
A paper was read at the conference covering the progress of cancer research along organised lines in New Zealand.
