. - ' Uv LADIES’ AUTUMN FOURSOMES. THE FINAL DECIDED. CHRISTCHURCH, April 12. The finals of the women’s championship foursomes were played at Shirley this afternoon in brilliant weather. The standard of play was very high. Mrs D. C. Macfarlane and Mrs R. Dearden (rec. 6 strokes) beat Mrs McKillop and Miss R, Cracroft-Wilson 2 and 1. ASHBURTON WOMEN’S CLUB. A bogey match was played by members of the women’s section of the .Ashburton Golf Club yesterday, resulting in a win for Mrs J. M. Mcßae, who finished 1 down.
