TRY THIS RECIPE PROTEENA SPONGE CAKE. f-cup fine white sugar, 1 breakfastcup fine proteena, 1 heaped teaspoonful baking powder, 3 eggs, 1 piece butter (about size of walnut), 4 tablespoons boiling water. Beat eggs and sugar 10 minutes with egg beater, add flour and baking powder, add piece of butter to boiling water and mix well before adding to mixture.
