Herr Dollfusvi indicated in a speech in, the Lower Austrian Peasant Council that his patience had~~ended regarding the Austrian-German situation. He said: "I have hitherto abstained from bringing the matter before the League of Nations, but recent events have compelled me to forsake reserve.'
