annual conference. (Per Press Association) PALMERSTON N., January 27. The third annual conference or the Douglas Social Credit Movement of New Zealand was opened at the Asnhurst racecourse, where a camp has been arranged. This morning over 101 were present.. Dr. G. M. kmith, of Rawene, is the president. Major Douglas, founder of the movement, is expected to visit the camp oil Tuesday. A panel of speakers has been arranged and lectures are to be given daily till February 2. Among those present is Mr H. M. Rushworth, M.P.
