SPECIAL ATTRACTIONS. CHRISTCHURCH, January 26. The committee of the New Zealand Metropolitan Trotting Club has provided special attractions on its Easter programme in view of the expected visit of the crack Sydney pacer Walla Walla. There will bo an invitation scratch race each day for a stake of 500 sovs, the first day at a mile and the second day at a mile and a half. The club will nominate horses to oppose Walla Walla in these events. The chief two-mile race each day will have a stake of 500 sovs, the class being fixed at 4.28.

Eight horses started, including Fl'imzel. Won by two lengths and a half; the third horse four lengths away. Time, 1.37.
