The report of the Bank of France for 1933. reaffirms its laitli in the gold standard, and asserts that a revival or international trade is impossible until the major currencies are stabilised. The report urges the cheapening or long-term credit, the reduction ol production costs, to which the Government must contribute, by lowering taxes.
