"If you are being chiselled by. a man who sells you a toothbrush/ tho Government will step in to protect your rights," said the President's Secretary "(Mr Howe) in a broadcast. "You get a blank form from the localpost office, on which you write: ' I went to such and such a store where they charged me GO' cents for a brush which last'wcok cost only 50 cents. Please investigate.' The complaint will be pursued through the wholesaler and manufacturer, and if the reason for the rise is not good the chiseller will face .the court established under the National Recovery Act.
