THE ATTITUDE OF MR FORD. “AN ACT OF INJUSTICE.” (United Press Association—Copyright). NEW YORK, October 27. The Ford Motor Company at Detroit to-day described as “an act of injustice” a statement by General Johnson (head of the National Reserves Administration) that lie would turn the case over to the Attorney-General if Mr Henry Ford failed to submit figures oil wages and hours schedules requested by the National Automobile Chambers of Commerce under the terms of the National Recovery x\ct. The Automobile Code Company charged General Johnson with assuming “the airs of a- dictator,” claiming that no refusal was made. Ever} the original signers of the code had had no time to file reports. Mr L ord was not a member of the National Automobile Chamber. However, it was indicated that Mr Ford would furnish data if requested t»y the organisation.
