A motor car* accident occurred near Broadfoot in which three men were killed, Clifford Adamson, aged ,33; Henry Rossence, aged 36; and Thomas Sullivan, aged 38. ■ A fourth man, R. Killick, Avas seriouslv injured. * The ear, travelling at a high speed, left the road and became uncontrollable,' ripping doAvn several panels of fencing. Adamson and Rossence were impaled and Sullivan Avas hurled against a stump. All died instantly.
