The '•' "Daily Express" says all branches of the tobacco trade have agreed to end the coupon &™ttmm,which has cost manufacturers £Ib.UUU,000 since 1929. The schemes will end on'December 31, after which no new coupons will bo issued, though collectors of coupons will be allowed a.few months to apply fcr gifts.
