BRITISH WOMEN MISSING

(United Press Association—Copyright). TOICIO, October 21. fn a typhoon which raged yesterday the Osaka Shoscn Kabushiki liner Yashima Maru (964 tons) sank when nearing Kobe. It is reported that 59 of the passengers are missing, including two British wpih'cn, the wives of officers of LI.M.S. Eagle, Mrs Milner Barry and Mrs B. ,J. Provost. There were 124 passengers on board. Thedamage along the coast was enormous and more than 1000 fishermen are missing.
