MANY ACCIDENTS.
SOVIET POWER ETNITS DAMAGED (United Press Association— Copyright). LONDON, October 12. The Moscow correspondent of the "Daily Telegraph" says that the alarming number of accidents in Soviet power station's has necessitated an emergency meeting of the collegium of the Commissariat of Heavy Industry. An official reporter said it was due to bad management,, slackness and lack of qualified staff. Turbines had refused to function because nribody was responsible for overhauling them Moreover, directly a Soviet electrical .apparatus supplier deliverey machinery he lost ail interest in it. _____
