CREMATION AND SERVICES. (United Press Association—Copyright). LONDON, (September 10. The body of Viscount Grey of Fallodon, was taken from Fallodon to Darlington for cremation this morning. Only relatives, with members of the indoor and outdoor staffs at Fallodon wore present. : ' ; ' • Meanwhile services, were held in Newcastle Cathedral and in Embleton parish church, near Fallodon. A special prayer was offered for the peace of the world, the wish nearest to the heart of the dead statesman.—British Official Wireless.
BEQUESTS TO NEPHEW. LONDON, Sept. 11. Apart from minor legacies, Lord Grey left his estate to his favourite nephew,' Captain Cecil Graves, di rectal 1 of Empire broadcasting, who suffered solitary* confinement for four months during the war, as did 28 other officers, as a German reprisal for Allied threats made to captured U-boat commanders.
