OBITUARY.

SIR K. VAUCHAN MORGAN. (United Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 9 a.m.) LONDON, August 21. Sir Kenyon Pascoe Vaughan Morgan, Unionist M.P. for Fnlham East, is dead, aged 60. B. B. WILLIS. (Special to the "Guardian.") ' CHRISTCHUIICH, This Day. Mr Robert Bruce Baker Willis, who died at his residence, High Street, Southbridge, early on Saturday morning at the age of 77, was a well-known resident in the district. A son of the • late Captain P. B. Willis, formerly of the Willisden Estate, he came from, the 'lsle of Man, landing in New Zealand in 1871. After residing at SouthBridge for some years Mr Willis went to the North Island. On his fathers death he returned to Willisden, where he was engaged in farming until he retired to live in Southbridge. His wife predeceased him by some years and he is survived by his sister. Miss Willis, of Auckland, and three brothers, Messrs Claude Willis (Oamaru), Charles Willis (Christehurch) and Thomas Willis (Ashburton) ; five daughters, Mesdames J. S. In wood (Cashmere), 0. E. Foweraker (CashmeTre), C. ©ugan (Southbridge). B. Wilkinson (Southbridge) and another married daughter in the North Island', and one son, Mr P.. Willis, who is in Australia. Mr ' Willis was a member of the Masonic Lodge and was a loyal supporter of St. James' Anglican Church, where lie was lay reader for over 30 years.
