RIOTING IN STRASBURG. KNIVES AND KNUCKLE-DUSTERS United Press Association—Copyright). LONDON, August 4. At Strasburg a general strike led to wild rioting. The strikers extinguished the lights and erected barricades, at which they held up motor-cars and pedestrians. They attacked the police with knives and other weapons, wounding 20. The police retaliated with rifle fire, wounding 50. They arrested many of the strikers, including a number of Germans who were armed with knives and knuckle-dusters.
