GERMAN GOODS.
BOYCOTT DESIRED IN BELGIUM (United Press Association—Copyright) BRUSSELS, August 3. The Trades Union Congress ended aggressively, with a unanimous resolution in favour of an immediate boycott of German goods. The congress vehemently condemned the German terrorist attitude against socialism, trades unionism, Jews, and pacifists.
