Crump, 55 4-ssec, March 11, 1933, at Auckland. 220 Yards Intermediate Boys—N. Crump, 2n\in 25 2-ssec, March 11, 1933, at Auckland. 300 Yards Intermediate Boys—N. Crump, 3min 27 4-*ssec, March 14, 1933, at Auckland. 220 Yards, Men—R. Frankham, 2min 22 1-osec, March 6, 1933, at Auciciand. 150 Yards, Women—M. Farquhar, lmin 47 2-ssec, February 14, 1933, at Auckland. CHAMPIONSHIP ALLOTTED. CHRISTCHURCH, August 3. The Council of the New Zealand Amateur Swimming Association decided to-night to allot the 1934 New Zealand championships to Canterbury, and the junior and intermediate championships for 1934 were allotted to ManaWatu. , A letter from the British Empire Games Council contained an offer for the of New Zealand at the next Empire Games. The Council would pay £IOOO toward steamer fares and accommodation of a New Zealand team. It was decided to circularise centres advising the contents of the letter, but expressing the opinion that no swimmers should be sent as none were considered of international standard.
