Reginald William Norman, a bankrupt "salesman, charged with having failed to keep proper books and having, with intent to conceal the true state of his affairs, wilfully omitted to keep proper books, was remanded .till June 27. Bail, self £IOO and one sure ty of £IOO, was granted.
