SEQUEL TO FATALITY. (Per Press Association). AUCKLAND, June 19. A sequel to a fatality at, Takapuna on the evening of Sunday, May 7, when a youth named David P. Filis was found dying on the road, was ! a charge against Noel William McColl, of Otorohanga, of negligently driving a motor-car, thereby causing Ellis's death. Accused, who was charged on summons, did not appear and the,case was adjourned till Wednesday, when the inquest and the charge will' be heard concurrently. • . '
