A locomotive driver was killed and another driver and a guard injured, one seriously, when, early this morning, a passenger express from Sheffield to Bristol ran into the iriear of a min'eral ,traini between Wingfield and Ambergate, 14 miles, from Derby. '

The express was being drawn by two engines, both of which were ovei'turned. The driver of one was pinned , underneath. No passengers were injured, although several coaches were torn from their bogies and the line-,' was ripped up for a considerable distance.—British Official Wireless/ ,
