GRADING OF CREAM.
TWO WINTER GRADES URGED. (Per Press Association). PALMERSTON N., June 14. The dairy factory managers' conference to-night passed a resolution favouring only two grades of cream during the months of June, July and August. A motion approving the licensing of men in charge of farm milking-sheds, with the idea of eliminating dirty milkers and poor quality milk, was rejected.
