RETURN OF LOST COLONIES.

A telegram from Frankfort-on-Main states that four German colonial societies have merged into a single
league. Herr von Epp declared that Germany, though not powerful enough to demand the speedy return of her colonies unjustly held under League mandates, must try to regain them in the long run as they were a grim necessity to Germany’s existence.
