The National Geographic Society has presented a flag to Mr Lincoln Ellsworth, the American millionaire aviator and explorer, to be taken on his Antarctic expedition. The society also awarded him its certificate of life membership. Mr “Ellsworth will sail shortly for Norway to prepare the equipment for the expedition, after which h© will return to America. Late in the summer he will sail for New Zealand from San Francisco.
