THE SUPPLEMENTARY FIGURES. HUGE SUM FOR RAILWAYS. (United Press Association—Copyright). (Received This Day, 12.40 p.m.) OTTAWA, March 16. ' The Minister of Finance (MiRhodes) tabled the supplementary estimates calling for 54,380,809 dollars, the largest item being 53,422,661 for the Canadian national railways.
