CONSIDERATION BY COMMITTEE. (United Press Association —Copyright./ (Received This Day, 10.40 a.m.) LONDON, December 9. The Assembly of the League of Nations at Geneva unanimously decided to request the committee of nineteen to examine the work of the Lytton Commission, the observations of both parties thereon, and the opinions and suggestions put forward in the Assembly and all documents that have been submitted, also to draw up and submit to the Assembly proposals for settlement of the Sino-Japanese dispute.
