EQUALITY OF RIGHTS.
ATTITUDE OF GERMANY. (Received This Day, 8.40 a.m.) GENEVA, December 8. Though she regards the formula, as not sufficiently clear and comprehensive, it is understood, Germany is willing that a .committee of experts should consider the French formula for equality of rights, in conjunction with the German counter-proposals, and report thereon in January. This would necessitate the adjournment of the Disarmament Conference.
