The United States Federal Home Loan Board lias opened 12 regional banks with the announcement tlum foreclosure on sound home mortgages should cease. These hanks, spread over the entire country, have a reservoir or 1,500,000,000 dollars for potential , home-financing credit. Relief will thus be brought to thousands of harassed home-owners. Canada is considering similar legislation. i
