FASCIST CELEBRATION.

THE TENTH ANNIVERSARY. ROME; Oct. 28. The tenth anniversary of the march on Rome was triumphantly celebrated to-clay. Led by Signor Mussolini cohorts of Fascists marched through packed streets and crowds to the opening of the Via di Colli, as the Street of Empire. It is supposed to be Europe’s finest thoroughfare, haying been reconstructed after the demolition oi hundreds of houses. Some 13,000 warwounded veterans participated in the parade, while aeroplanes flew overhead. . Signor Mussolini and General Balbo led the procession to the Unknown Warrior’s Tomb, where 3000 children chanted hymns. The ceremony terminated with a peal (iTViells. New thoroughfares are now being excavated as portion of a grandiose plan requiring thirty years to execute extending Rome four miles towards the hills and the sea. At Florence the workmen of all factories are becoming Fascists.
