THE GOVERNMENT’S CONDITIONS YEARLY VISITS TO HER. SON. 1 4 (United Press Association —Copyright) (Received This,Day, 9.45 a.m.) BUCHAREST, October 30. The Government offered Princess Helen ttie following conditions without alternatives: First, a sum equal to what she received prior to the reduction of the entire civil list and State employees salaries of nearly £14,000. Secondly, permission to see Prince Michael (her son) in Switzerland for a month each year. Thirdly, permission to visit Rumania, residing where the Government desires. Princess Helen lias been given until to-morrow to reply.
