Current prices for New Zealand apples are: Granny Smith 14s to 20s, Dougherty and Rokewood lis to 13s 0 Yates and Tasma lis to 12s, Sturmer and Statesman 10s to 12s, Pioneer, Brighton and McLiver 10s to lis, Delicious and Jonathan 9s to lis, Cleopatra and Salome 7s to 10s, Statesman, Jonathan and Salome in variable condition, also Sturmers ex Pakeha. Peas—Maples: Market quiet and inactive, with sellers of Tasmanian at 66s 6d to 67s 6d. New Zealand: For July-August and August-September shipment could be sold at from 65s 6d to 665, Blues: Market steady with value of Tasmanian at £l7 15s to £lB, and New Zealand at £l6. Inquiry reported for New Zealand bran and pollard at about 87s 6d pea- ton. c.i.f. BANK OF NEW SOUTH WALES. THE INTERIM DIVIDEND. . WELLINGTON, August 1. The Bank of New South Wales has reported to the Stock Exchange Association that an interim quarterly dividend has been declared of 5s per share in Australian currency, payable at the head office on August 30. The previous quarterly dividend was at the rate of 5s per share. For the June quarter of 1931 it was 8s per share.
