TWELVE JURORS ACCEPTED. ONE SHOWS PARTIALITY. (Received This Day, 1.30 p.m.) HONOLULU, April 5. The close of the second day of the trial of Mrs Fortescue and three others on a charge of murder of a native, found 12 jurors temporarily accepted, hut all were subject to peremptory challenges, of which six were used, 42 remaining. Jones and Lord, two naval ratings, laughed when one juryman said that defendants should he shot. This juryman, was removed.
