SURRENDER TO POLICE
ALLEGED FALSE PRETENCES. LONDON, May 21. A message from York states that John Factor, known as "Jake the Barber," who is wanted in England in connection with alleged false stock operations amounting to huge sums, has surrendered to the Chicago police He intends to fight the extradition proceedings.
