SUB-COMMITTEE APPOINTED. GENEVA, Mav 20. The Commission of the League of Nations investigating the question of closer union between the States of Europe has appointed three sub-com-mittees. The first is to evolve proposals for preferential tariffs for agricultural States; the second, to examine means of forming international cartels: the third, to' organise new sources of credit.
