HIGH OFFICIALS. (Per Press Association). WELLINGTON, May 18. Lin Sun, State Chancellor of the National Government of China accompanied by" Chan Yew Foon, president of the Commission of Overseas Chinese Affairs, arrived by the Maunganui fd-day. Both are followers of the late Dr. Sun Yat Sen for whom Chan Yew Foon was for many years secretary. They are making a tour of the world, investigating systems of government.
