ASHBURTON EAST SCHOOL SPORTS.
Tlie annual swimming sports of the East Ashburton School were held yesterday under ideal conditions. The Hardy Shield, for the girl gaining the highest aggregate points in the series of races, was won by Peggy Donn, while the Hunt Shield for boys, competed for under similar conditions, went to W.
