LABOUR MEMBERS! OUT OF HOUSE LAX ATTENDANCE CRITICISED.: (United Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, March 17. The latest defeat (that on the question of University •representation embodied in the Electoral Bill) is the sixth defeat suffered by the Government .in the House. The "Daily Herald" says the defeat is not likely to be made a matter of confidence, but unless it receires more consistent support, the Government will obviously have to consider its position.
