STATEMENT BY BANKERS. INVITATION TO AUSTRALIA. (United Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 10.55 a.m.) NEW YORK, March 10. A virtual invitation to Australia, Germany and others to enter the American market for foreign loans is seen in a bankers' statement to-day, predicting resumption of foreign financial relations by Wall Street within 60 days. Economists believe that American long-term lending abroad is the first constructive step for world economic recovery.
