COLLISION IN RIVER SCHELDT.
(United Press Association— Copyright., ANTWERP, November 19. Five persons were drowned in the Scheldt when the _ British steamer Hebble and a Continental freightei collided. The latter sank in a few minutes, the victims being trapped be lon.
