RIFLE SHOOTING.
ASHBURTON DEFENCE CLUB. A match of 10 shots each at 500 and 600 yards was fired by the Ashburton Defence Rifle Club on Saturday afternoon. The weather was fine till late iu the afternoon, but a choppy wind troubled the riflemen a little. Results:
