(Received This Day, 9 : ao a.m.) NEW YORK, September 1. It is announced that the liner Berenearia communicated with Coste and Bellonte at 11.45 a.m. (local time). The aeroplane was theu off the Irish coast, flying fast, and reported All U.K.
FORTY OR FIFTY HOURS. HOPES OF THE ADVENTURERS. (Received This Day, 10.20 a.m.) PARIS, September 1. . Lieutenant Costes, in the aeroplane " ? " laden with 1155 gallons of petrol, just cleared the trees at Le Bourget. He hopes to complete the journey m 40 or 50 hours. He will go via Ireland, and then follow the steamer route.
