TWO CASES AT CHRISTCHURCHPress Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. Divorce cases were heard at the Supreme Court to-day. Alexander Michael Thomson, a groom, of Greendale, petitioned for divorce from Mary Thomson, and named Leslie A. Colee as co-respon-dent. The jury awarded petitioner £6OO damages. It .was ordered that of this sum £3OO be placed with the Public Trustee for the benefit of the children. A decree nisi, to be moved absolute at the expiration of three months, was granted. In the case Ivan Henry Ashley Smith v. Kathleen Smith, naming Dan O'Loughlin as co-respondent, the jury awarded £2OO damages against corespondent. A decree nisi was granted.
